I hope Valet does well and keeps their beautiful, new facility clean and well appointed. That is what makes the difference to me in businesses like these. Delta Sonic, when they first opened in our area, was THE place for a great car wash and interior cleaning. Today, the quality is dreadful, the staff is non-committal without accountability, the place is falling apart, and their prices of gone up and up. My hope is Valet will put Delta on notice or put them out of business. As for Valet's take on a car wash... A great concept. If you're like me and enjoy keeping your vehicle looking great, this place is for you. A state-of-art wash tunnel that must be 125 ft. long!! There are spinning brushes, but they seem gentle and clean. More foam and cleaners that you can count, a bank of dryers that actually blow the water off the car, and two spinning shammys on the left and right and a third for the hood and roof! Then to top it off, customers have unlimited use of self-serve vacuums, towels, and compressed air - ALL INDOORS!! A great experience that has me thinking of cancelling my $45/month DeltaSonic subscription.

Love this place, very convenient and loved the service quick and satisfactory results for out side closing. Paid extra for tires shining around $18 and it stayed shiny for some time. Highly recommend

OMG what a wonderful experience for me and my car. 🚙 This place has a HEATED area, towels to dry, free vacuum and air to do mirror. Very clean and they have 🎁 gift cards. I look forward to returning. Thank you for being my new favorite place!!👍

You Get a actually decent wash with the option to vacuum your own car with a good vacuum they give you rags and there's an air gun to spray out the cracks and crevices of your car to really get it Qlink and you can use all that stuff with whatever wash you purchase even have a monthly option which is better for the Uber and Lyft drivers.there's always an available spot indoors or outdoors to vacuum your car so my options is always there.

Big fan of any self serve business and this place fits the bill. You drive to the kiosk, select the service you want and pay for it there (or present a membership card/coupon). You then proceed to the was which is very thorough, compared to other washes I've been to. After going through the wash, you follow the path to a massive indoor drying station which has tons of spaces with long and powerful vacuum hoses you can use to vacuum your car. There are also a container to dryng clothes in each station you can use. Overall is was very efficient, though it may not be for everyone...particularly those who want/need full service. Prices range from $11 - $18 for one-time uses to $20 - $32 for unlimited monthly uses.

Honestly, Chris at Valet Auto Wash was amazing. Super professional , super helpful, and he actually made the whole experience smooth. Plus, the wash itself was on point,car came out looking amazing. Can’t ask for more than that.

I received a free wash from visiting lights on the lake, and I have never seen such an awesome car wash! Vacuum's and towels for drying/cleaning provided for use Indoors too! My truck has never looked so good in the winter.

The Assistant General Manager at Valet Auto Wash on Park Street is outstanding. My pregnant girlfriend needed a new sticker for her car, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. He personally came outside to assist her, took care of the renewal process, and even helped with getting her wash through the gate so she didn’t have to go back inside. It’s clear he truly cares about the customers and the location. When we arrived, he was outside picking up garbage by the road, which was a big improvement from what we’ve noticed over the past year and a half of coming here. His professionalism,really set him apart. Highly recommend working with him directly excellent service and customer care every time.

I have been all over Syracuse looking for a good car wash to take my car. Non of them were up to par until I found Valet Auto Wash. I am infatuated now. I love love this place. I paid 26 dollars for the Shield Wash and I am not disappointed! I spent less time drying my car by hands because of the long drying tunnel. It was just a fabulous experience for me. The only thing I wish is they had the tire shine option which I didn't see but could have been there. Also they had free vacuuming which a many of the car washes do not have here and plenty of them. You have a choice to vacuum indoors or out will be great in the winter months. Wonderful experience! This will be my car washing place from now on!
